Buy a pre-approved one or better go for another ad network. Adsense literally pay scraps.
Today ads displaying for mobile version is back on my website (still not displaying on desktop) after 2 weeks suspension. I am not sure if it is somehow related but yesterday I added a new 1000 words article (for almost a month I was not updating my content).
Has it been a month since your suspension? As far as suspension goes, it's going to be 30 days. You can review Google support page.
